Extremely easy and fast. Doing this for the first time I had my worries but someone was immediately available to talk with me and answer any questions I had. I was also expecting to wait a couple weeks for shipping and was surprised to receive my order in a few short days. I am now a repeat customer now. RxA definitely deserves this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from me! For years I’ve had people tell me, I can get you this, I can get you that, but they never came through for me. BUT about 6-7 months ago I was introduced to RxA site by an acquaintance of mine. I won’t lie, I was very nervous to make an order and then pay $200+ to a site where you don’t know if you’ll get what you’ve paid for. Will the product be authentic? How long will it take to get? My neighbor assured me it’s good so I went for it.
I’m happy to report that I received my 3rd order from RxA last week, and all has been good, authentic, name brand gear! In saying this, RxA’s order processing has stepped up big time from 1st order to 3rd order. It only took 6 DAYS to receive my last order made last week! I’ll be making a 4th order VERY soon! I’m Really starting to see some nice gains and body transformation!
The Customer Service is good as well. Always pretty quick with their email responses. Not only have I emailed asking for order info/updates, but I have also emailed asking questions and for advice on some products. They always answer the CS questions and the personal questions as well with good info. Also, I was missing a product in my last order. I emailed them to let them know about this mistake. I received a response within like 20 minutes, and I have already received a new tracking number for my missing product as it’s on its way to me. There was no arguing over this. He was professional and simply told me he’d get it sent out ASAP! An honest mistake being fixed. Can’t beat that!
If you’re in the market, from my experience, you can be confident in placing your order with these guys… Especially if you’re going to get your stuff in a week, maybe less!
